Shipping policy

Brewing Good Coffee Company roasts on Tuesday and ships Wednesday-Friday. Coffee ships within 24 hours of roasting to ensure it arrives to you fresh and ready to enjoy! 

Any shipping costs reflect what USPS charges based on your location, what size box is needed for the items in your order, and the weight. 

If a package's tracking indicates that it was delivered, but the recipient did not receive it, we will file a claim with the shipping entity and provide a refund if our claim is accepted. We cannot otherwise provide a refund for a package marked as delivered.
