Honeybush

Honeybush is an evergreen flowering shrub in the legume family, whose blooms smell like honey, thus the name! It is native to South Africa, like its perennial relative rooibos. Honeybush leaves (the component cut and dried for this naturally caffeine-free herbal tea) are low in tannins, giving it a sweet flavor that is also a little earthy and herbaceous. Two ounces.
