Tanzania Peaberry, Aviv Estate
Tanzania Peaberry, Aviv Estate
Coffee beans are seeds that grow inside a cherry fruit on coffee plants, usually in a pair shaped like a peanut: two halves, slightly rounded on the external side and flat on the interior. Peaberries, just 5% of the world's coffees, are a natural mutation where just one smaller, rounder, denser seed forms in the cherry. These special little singular seeds are hand-sorted so we can enjoy what we think is an especially juicy, sweet coffee.
